Individual consultation

We provide individual consulting for all individuals looking for guidance on incorporating antiracist, trauma informed action into your every day life. You could engage in any profession. We tend to work with folx in leadership positions, as well as working in healthcare, mental health, education, spiritual guidance, advocacy, social services, and more.

Monthly clinical consultation group

We provide a monthly supervision and consultation group for all therapists (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) and LPC and MSW graduate interns looking to incorporate an antiracist, trauma informed lens in their therapeutic work. We provide clinical supervision hours, a multidisciplinary approach, and will help you hone your craft using somatic skills and anti-oppression approaches.

Org and large group consultation

We offer ongoing consulting contracts to organizations looking to embed antiracist, trauma informed practices into their work spaces. We are currently supporting quite a number of organizations through ongoing consultation. We start at the very beginning, through evaluation and identifying change opportunities. We get everyone on the same page through providing our Signature and foundation level training, How to be (Less Harmful) to as many members of the organization as possible. And from there, the sky is the limit! Some organizations require a more thorough assessment and data analysis process, some need document/policy review and feedback. For other orgs, we provide Anti-racist, Trauma Informed Leadership and Supervision training, or we build in Advanced Equity Skills for Clinicians. And most absolutely LOVE our Level Two training, ReCTiFY (TM pending). Almost all folx choose to include white learning and affinity spaces.
